Harvard Otolaryngololgy Leadership
Today, the steadfast vision of the Harvard Medical School (HMS) Department of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery (OHNS) is to be the preeminent worldwide source of advances and leaders in preserving and restoring hearing, balance, and voice as well as curing benign and malignant diseases of the head and neck.
Leadership of the Harvard Department of OHNS consists of an array of institutions with multiple layers that come together under the same mission. Opportunities are given regularly to leadership, faculty and trainees in all locations to encourage participation, understand issues, ask questions and provide input.
Derrick Lin, MD, FACS, oversees all patient, research and education initiatives for the Mass General Brigham OHNS Department. He is responsible to the Dean of HMS for administration and leadership of the OHNS academic network as well as faculty affairs within each entity.
