Sameer G. Gupta, MD, MPhil
Dr. Sameer Gupta is a fellowship-trained Mohs micrographic and reconstructive surgeon at Mass Eye and Ear. He graduated summa cum laude from Yale College and was selected as the recipient of the Hart Lyman Prize — the highest award in his class for character and achievement. He then traveled to the United Kingdom, where he completed his graduate training at the University of Cambridge as a Churchill Scholar.
Dr. Gupta graduated with honors from Harvard Medical School. He subsequently completed his dermatology residency and surgical fellowship training at Harvard, working at Massachusetts General Hospital, Dana Farber Cancer Institute, Beth Israel Lahey Health and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Dr. Gupta's clinical and research interests focus on better management of skin cancer, and he has authored over 20 peer-reviewed publications, reviews and book chapters.
