Dr. Regan Bergmark is a surgeon at Brigham and Women’s Hospital who specializes in sinus and endoscopic skull base surgery. She is board-certified in otolaryngology and head and neck surgery.

Dr. Bergmark is passionate about public service and advocating for those in need. She has worked with the International Consortium for Health Outcomes Measurement (ICHOM), Mass. Eye and Ear, and Harvard Medical School on the standardization, harmonization, and implementation of outcome measures at scale both domestically and internationally. As a Visiting Scholar at the American Board of Medical Specialties, she has additionally researched the extent to which US physicians use outcome metrics in their practices.

She earned her medical degree from Harvard Medical School, where she also completed her otolaryngology residency and fellowship in rhinology and endoscopic skull base surgery. Most recently, she was the Gliklich Healthcare Innovation Scholar at Mass. Eye and Ear/Harvard Medical School.  

At Brigham and Women's Hospital, she is faculty at the Center for Surgery and Public Health. She researches healthcare disparities and healthcare outcomes, including the utilization and implementation of outcomes measures across healthcare systems.
