Dr. Eelam Adil is a pediatric otolaryngologist at Boston Children's Hospital (BCH), where she cares for children with a wide variety of otolaryngic conditions ranging from recurrent acute otitis media to cystic fibrosis associated rhinosinusitis. She is the Founder and Co-director of the Multidisciplinary Sinonasal Disorder Clinic at BCH, which allows patients to undergo a complete otolaryngology and allergy evaluation, allergy testing, and thorough nasal/nasopharyngeal endoscopy in one setting.

Dr. Adil is active academically—she currently serves as an active member of both the education and research committees of the Department of Otolaryngology and Communication Enhancement at BCH. At the national and international level, she is a member of numerous otolaryngology societies and serves as an ad-hoc reviewer for several high impact journals. She has published more than 45 peer-reviewed manuscripts and 16 reviews/book chapters. Her research has been presented nationally and internationally. Recently, her research and reviewer skills have been granted awards at the national level.

She completed her otolaryngology residency training at Pennsylvania State University and fellowship in pediatric otolaryngology at Boston Children’s Hospital/Harvard Medical School.
