Dr. David Bowling is a board-certified otolaryngologist with more than 20 years of clinical experience in the community. He joined Mass. Eye and Ear, Medford, in 2014 after serving as the Medical Director of Otolaryngology at Mass. Eye and Ear, Stoneham. Before joining Mass. Eye and Ear in 1994, Dr. Bowling served as Lieutenant Commander, Medical Corps, in the United States Navy Reserve. He also held the position of Otolaryngology Department Head of the Groton Naval Hospital.

Dr. Bowling has been an invited speaker at several regional, national, and international meetings. He specializes in pediatric adenotonsillectomy, adult tonsillectomy, pediatric ear surgery, nasal septum surgery, and sinus surgery.

He attended medical school at Cornell University and completed his residency in otolaryngology at Mass. Eye and Ear/Harvard Medical School.
